01 / Use of this document
How these terms apply
Acceptance through use
By using this website, contacting Suppervion, or submitting a reservation or event enquiry, you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or send an enquiry through it. These terms apply to your use of the information and functions made available here; they do not replace any separate arrangements that may be discussed for an in-person visit.
Scope of the website
This website is intended to provide information and support requests relating to dining, drinks and live jazz, private dining, gallery content, reservations and the physical gaming lounge. Content is provided for general venue information and may change from time to time. Nothing on the website guarantees the availability of a particular table, event, menu, performer, venue feature or gaming-lounge experience on any specific visit.

Privacy and cookie matters are addressed separately in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review those documents where they apply to your use of the website or your communications with Suppervion.
02 / Venue scope
Venue services and gaming-lounge boundaries
Physical hospitality venue
Suppervion is a land-based supper club, restaurant and gaming lounge for visitors attending in person in Edinburgh. Venue features may include artisan culinary creations and tasting menus, craft mixology, live acoustic jazz, and an elegant physical casino floor with gaming tables and live croupiers. These descriptions communicate the character of the venue and should not be read as a promise that every feature will be available at every visit, occasion or time.
Our website is a way to explore the venue and make contact about a visit. It is not a substitute for the information, directions or staff guidance provided on site when you attend Suppervion.
On-premises discretion
Access to venue areas, experiences and gaming tables may be subject to venue conditions, staff direction, capacity and applicable requirements. Site information cannot replace instructions issued at the venue, and Suppervion may manage access in line with the circumstances of an in-person visit.
Please follow the guidance provided by Suppervion staff when you are at the venue.
03 / Requests and occasions
Reservations and enquiries
Requests are not automatically confirmed
A table reservation or private dining enquiry submitted through the website is a request, not an automatic confirmation. Availability can change, and you should not assume that a dining table, private occasion or other venue arrangement is confirmed unless Suppervion communicates confirmation directly. This applies whether you are exploring a visit for yourself, a group or a private dining occasion.
Accurate information
Please provide accurate, current and complete contact and reservation details when making an enquiry or reservation request. If relevant details change after you contact us, let Suppervion know so that we can consider the request with the correct information. Misleading, incomplete or outdated details may affect our ability to respond to you or discuss a suitable venue arrangement.
Venue-specific arrangements
Arrangements for a visit, group, private dining occasion, menu, entertainment or other venue experience may be discussed or confirmed separately and may be subject to terms communicated for that arrangement. Those discussions concern an in-person hospitality experience and do not make this website an online transaction platform. You may review our Reservations and Private Dining pages for general venue information.
04 / Responsible use

Permitted personal use
You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial information gathering and for venue-related enquiries. You must not use it in a way that interferes with the site or another visitor’s use of it.

- Do not introduce harmful material or use the website in a manner that may disrupt its operation.
- Do not use website content, contact routes or features for an unlawful purpose.

Content and brand
Content ownership
The website’s text, photography, design, Suppervion branding and other content are protected by applicable rights. Except where the law allows, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, alter or use that content commercially without prior permission. This does not claim rights beyond those held or licensed by Suppervion in relation to any third-party material that may appear on the website.
Third-party material and links
Where this website refers or links to external websites or third-party material, those resources are outside Suppervion’s control. Their content, terms, privacy information and availability are matters for the relevant third party. Please review the applicable terms and privacy information before using an external website or relying on third-party material.
05 / Information and access
Information, availability and liability
Information may change
Suppervion aims to keep website information useful and current, but offerings, availability, venue details, menus, events and other content may change without notice. If information is important to a planned visit, please seek direct confirmation before relying on it. Website information should be read as general venue information rather than a guarantee of a particular experience.
Website availability
We do not guarantee that access to this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or always available. Suppervion may suspend, alter or withdraw content where appropriate. This does not affect the fact that the website is intended as an informational route for a physical hospitality venue, rather than an online gambling or transaction service.
